Vanilla Fir Honey

"Vanilla fir" honey has a striking pearled, amber colour with metallic cream highlights inside the jar. Sourced from the firs of mountainous Corinthia, unique for its flavour and its low sugar content. Opaque, with a distinctive taste, not overly sweet and lightly aromatic. Dense and, owing to the low sugar content, does not crystallise. Colour varies year to year, from very dark to lighter honey, red, and pearl tones.
