Vanilla Fir Honey

"Vanilla fir" honey has a striking pearled, amber colour with metallic cream highlights inside the jar. Sourced from the firs of mountainous Corinthia — unique for its flavour and its low sugar content. Opaque, with a distinctive taste, not overly sweet and lightly aromatic. Dense and — owing to the low sugar content — does not crystallise. Colour varies year to year, from very dark to lighter honey, red, and pearl tones.
