Wildflower Honey

The sweet flavour of wildflower honey, gathered from a bouquet of aromatic wildflowers and herbs. Its chemistry, therapeutic properties and colour shift with the nectar the bees bring back to the hive. Bright in colour, with a soft, fruity flavour. Antibacterial and antioxidant compounds make it a far better choice than sugar. Owing to its high sugar content, it crystallises within 2–6 months.
