Heather Honey

Heather honey is rich in aroma, with a dark copper colour and a slightly bitter taste. High nutritional value with antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and diuretic properties, especially supportive of the urinary and digestive systems. Crystallises very quickly — usually within 1–3 months — due to its high glucose and pollen content.
