Oak Honey

Dark in colour, thick-bodied, with a complex flavour and discreet caramel notes. Low in sugars and does not crystallise easily. Rich in antioxidants. Supports metabolism — contains potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and sodium. Produced in the central Peloponnese; oak honey has ranked first by a clear margin for antioxidant capacity.
